THE PROJECT

Montana project consists of 280 acres, 135 lots with 80% of them having gorgeous ocean views. The other 20% have beautiful mountain or valley views. Lots vary in size from 1 ¼ acres plus. The project is mountainous and the lowest lots are at about 200 meters and the highest at about 400 meters. The average night time temperatures are about 11 to 15 degrees F. cooler at night than the beach 12 minutes away which is a real plus. This is a gorgeous tropical paradise full of Congo monkeys, pichotes, squirrels, parrots, iguanas, butterflies, flowers and beautiful trees.

The power is installed to the lots on the project. The buyer will connect to this with underground service. The wells haves been drilled and we have an abundance of pure mountain water. This is a water abundant area and there are several year round springs. We have finished several kilometers of roads with culverts, drainage, and gravel. All the lots will be accessible by two wheel drive vehicles when we are done.

We will start construction on the community center this year 2007/2008 which will have a pool, exercise room, barbecue and event area and four apartments for buyers to stay in while their homes are being built. We have installed satellite internet with U.S. phones available. We will have property maintenance and management available for part timers. Our builder will build to suit or will oversee the construction of homes for others for a reasonable fee. There are other excellent contractors available to build homes for lot buyers if wanted.

LOCATION OF THE PROJECT:

To locate the property you turn right toward Nosara 4 kilometers before Playa Sámara when coming from Nicoya. Continue north for one kilometer and turn right just before a small bridge. In about 300 meters you will cross a new bridge just built over a pristine mountain river. Continue on a public road for 1.5 kilometer where you will see the Guard House (under construction) in the entrance to the project. Easily accessible from the International Airport in Liberia.
